Job Training Partnership Act
The Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) has been designed with incentives for business and industry to hire and train new people. Helping the economically disadvantaged person attain suitable employment while stimulating the growth of business is an important function of JTPA.

Employers can receive 50 percent reimbursement of an employee’s starting wage to help cover the cost of training. Recruitment services can also be provided to employers who are looking for trained and qualified employees.
